The device is composed of hook, sliding hook, pressure spring, hanging handle and main frame. There is an off-center hole on the hook, and a pin shaft through the hole will position the hook at the lower end of the main frame, and the hook can be rotated. The hook also had a handle, and a dowel was fixed in the middle of the handle. The pressure spring is fixed on the inside of the main frame, its lower end acts on the main frame, and the upper end will lift the slide hook.
The sliding hook can slide freely in the main frame under the condition of overcoming the spring force. The lower end of the slip hook is connected to the lifting line, and the upper end can be suspended by a handle.
