I. Overview of square billet lifting pliers and automatic closing strip coil clamp
The clamp is mainly composed of seven parts: hanging beam, connecting rod, opening and closing mechanism, synchronizer, clamp arm, support plate and clamp teeth.
Hanging beam
The hanging beam is a part connected with the sky coupler, which has three kinds of structures: the hanging ring shackle connection, the sling sling connection and the lifting lug connection.
Connecting rod
The connecting rod is the connection between the hanging beam and the clamp arm.
Opening and closing mechanism
The opening and closing mechanism has the form of manual lifting rod type, (automatic) double hook type, (automatic) single hook type, (automatic) turnlock type and so on.
synchronizer
Synchronizer is a device to ensure that each clamp arm moves synchronously.
Tong arm
The clamp arm is the main forcing-strengthening component of the fixture, through which the billet is picked up.
Support plate
The support plate is the supporting part of the billet fixture. The support plate is supported on the upper surface of the billet to ensure the smooth operation of the opening and closing mechanism of the billet fixture.
Forceps teeth
The clamp teeth have the structure of pin shaft coupling, dovetail coupling and slot splicing. The clamp teeth are the main parts in direct contact with the billet, which determines the reliability of the billet clamping fixture.
