1、 Each steel plate tong delivered from the factory must pass the inspection of the manufacturer's inspection department before leaving the factory. The ex-factory products must have a certificate of conformity.

2、 Factory inspection items include appearance inspection and static load test of steel plate lifting tongs.

1. Appearance inspection for steel plate tongs. All parts shall be free of cracks, rust and other defects; All steel plate tongs are intact in appearance and assembled correctly; All moving parts shall be flexible and reliable.

2. Static load test of steel plate tongs. Each product must undergo static load test, and the test load is twice the rated lifting capacity of the product.

3. The test load shall be gradually added, and the suspension time shall not be less than three minutes. After unloading, check the parts of the steel plate tong, and ensure that there is no crack and deformation, paint peeling or damage that may affect the performance. There is no looseness or damage at the connection, and the increase of the opening degree shall not exceed 0.25% of the original opening degree.
