What is the size and load of the lifting ring?

The lifting rings have M12, M16, M20, M24, M30, M36 and other different specifications. The load-bearing capacity of the lifting ring will increase with the increase of the specification, for example, the bearing capacity of M12 is 200 kg, M16 is 400 kg, and M20 is 600 kg. If M36 is selected, it can reach 2500 kg, M40 is 3500 kg, and M48 is 5000 kg.

1. Specifications

The specifications of lifting rings mainly include M12, M16, M20, M24, M30, M36, M42, M48 and other different models. Different models represent the outer diameter of the thread, including the diameter of the drill hole.

The larger the specification, the larger the outer diameter and the diameter of the hole. For example, if it is M12, the outer diameter of the thread is 12 mm, and the diameter of the drill hole is 10.2 mm. If the M24 thread is selected, the outer diameter can reach two times of 24 mm, and the corresponding drilling diameter is also close to two times, about 21 mm.

2. Load bearing

The size of the lifting ring is in direct proportion to the bearing capacity, that is to say, the larger the size, the stronger the bearing capacity. M12, the corresponding bearing capacity is 200 kg. M16, corresponding to 400 kg. The bearing capacity of M20 can reach 600 kg, and that of M24 is 1100 kg. The bearing capacity of M30 is 1800 kg, M36 is 2500 kg, M42 is 3500 kg, and Zui's M48 specification is 5000 kg.
