Lifting tongs

It is a tool for lifting steel plate items. The products are divided into horizontal lifting tongs, vertical lifting tongs, round steel round pipe tongs, I-steel tongs, oil drum tongs and other types. Lifting tongs are mainly used in automobile, aviation, metallurgy and other fields. In order to avoid accidents, special care should be taken when using them.

1. The lifting tong is a special lifting tool, and the hanging operation must be carried out by a qualified person.

2. Due to the wide variety of lifting tongs, it is necessary to select the machine type that is consistent with the purpose.

3. Select the rated load of the lifting tong and use it within the allowable load range. Overloading is prohibited.

4. Select the opening size of the lifting tong and use it within the allowable plate thickness.

5. It is not allowed to carry out heavy lifting, stage lifting, joint lifting, object leaning lifting and horizontal grab lifting.

6. Workers are strictly prohibited from entering the area where lifting objects fall or turn over.

7. Do not knock or collide with lifting objects and slings.

8. During the operation of the lifting tongs, the lifting objects shall be moved slowly and steadily, and the lifting objects shall not be moved or stopped sharply.

9. Avoid excessive weight of lifting objects, and try to use more than two lifting tongs for lifting operations.

10. Before use, check the undercut, gasket, interdental blockage, wear status and other abnormalities, and then use it.

11. It is strictly prohibited to stay in the air for a long time when carrying weight
