Use method and working principle of magnetic crane

       The magnetic crane, also known as permanent magnet crane, is composed of high performance NdFeB permanent magnetic material and a strong magnetic system.
      Through the rotation of the handle, the magnetic force of the strong magnetic system is changed to achieve the absorption and release of the workpiece. The upper part of the crane is provided with a lifting ring for lifting objects, and the lower part is provided with a V-shaped groove for holding corresponding cylindrical objects. High-performance permanent magnetic material used by the magnetic crane is: rare earth permanent magnetic-neodymium iron boron as the magnetic source, which has the characteristics of no power consumption, strong suction, low residual magnetism, easy operation, long service life, safety and reliability, etc.
      The product structure is advanced, and the production is organized according to the export standards, and the quality and performance reach the advanced level of the same international products. The working principle of the magnetic suspension is based on Faraday's electromagnetic induction principle.
       High-performance permanent magnetic material neodymium borax is used inside, which can generate strong suction in the magnetic circuit. The magnetic force line is changed by turning the handle to make the crane in working or closed state; Without external power supply, it is a safe, energy-saving and efficient new lifting tool. When the crane is in working condition, the lifting surface at the bottom of the crane forms a pair of longitudinal magnetic poles to firmly suck the iron material workpiece.
      There is a V-shaped groove on the bottom surface, so it can not only suck and lift the plate workpiece, but also the cylindrical workpiece. Therefore, the crane has strict requirements on the thickness and area of the plate. The magnetic crane is widely used in the mechanical industry, mold manufacturing, warehouse, transportation and other departments to carry magnetic objects such as steel plates and ingots. The use method of the magnetic crane:
1. When lifting, the surface of the lifted workpiece should be cleaned first, and if there are rust and bumps, they should be cleaned. The center line of the permanent magnet hoist should preferably coincide with the center of gravity of the workpiece, and then the hoist should be placed on the working plane, and the rotating handle should be rotated from the "-" position to the "+" direction to the limit pin. Check whether the safety ramp of the handle is automatically locked, and then lift it.
2. When lifting the workpiece, overload is strictly prohibited, and human body is strictly prohibited from passing under the workpiece. The temperature of the workpiece to be lifted and the ambient temperature are not more than 80 degrees, and there is no severe vibration and impact.
3. After the lifting is completed, press the handle button inwards to separate the security key on the handle from the security pin. The handle rotates from "+" to "-" to the limit pin. Make the crane in the closed state, and retract the workpiece from the crane.
4. When lifting cylindrical workpiece, keep the connection angle between the B-shaped groove and the workpiece in two straight lines, so its lifting force is only 30% - 50% of the rated lifting force.
