Electric hoist is mainly divided into two categories: wire rope and chain, CD electric hoist, DH electric hoist and MD electric hoist. The CD type electric hoist is a self-designed product in China.
      It uses a conical rotor to brake the asynchronous motor and a normally closed electromagnetic brake for braking. When a power failure occurs, it can be immediately braked to avoid the accident. The whole control circuit converts 380V AC to 36V through transformer, which is safe and reliable.
     The control circuit is controlled by contactor and equipped with mechanical travel switch as the upper limit of lifting. During the control process, the lifting motor M1 is controlled by the up and down contactors KM1 and KM2, and the moving motor M2 is controlled by the left and right contactors KM3 and KM4.
      The inching control is realized by the four duplex buttons SB1~SB4 on the hanging button station of the electric hoist, SQ is the lifting travel switch, and the wire rope electric hoist. The electric hoist, which is a light and small crane, is increasingly widely used, easy to operate, advanced in structure, small in size, light in weight, and wide in scope of application.
      It is very convenient for lifting heavy objects, loading and unloading work, maintenance of equipment, and lifting of goods. It can also be installed on suspended I-beams, curved rails, jib crane rails, and fixed lifting points to lift heavy objects. The electric hoist is widely used and popular. It is a necessary machine for improving labor efficiency and working conditions.
