1. When lifting an object with a chain hoist, the binding position of the rigging should be reasonable, and the rigging connection should be firm. When binding an object, the edges and corners of the object and lifting beam should be padded with wood or other measures should be taken to prevent edges and corners from cutting the rigging or slipping off the lifting part.

2. Before lifting, the staff should take good care of their own retreat to prevent breakage and rebound of the hook head and rope sleeve from hurting individuals, and prevent falling objects that are not firmly rooted and causing personal injury. Personnel unrelated to the lifting around shall withdraw to a safe position where the workpiece falling hook head rebound cannot reach.

3. When lifting the chain block, it is necessary to first try lifting, that is, slowly pull the zipper to force the rigging and objects, and check the force conditions of the lifting points and rigging objects. Lifting can only be carried out if there are no problems. When the object is 100-150 mm above the ground, further observe whether there are abnormal changes in the lifting points, rigging, and objects. If there are no abnormalities, continue to lift. During lifting, the center of gravity of the object shall be determined according to the requirements of the installation position. When the center of gravity is not aligned, the object should be lowered, adjusted and tied tightly before trial lifting and lifting. It is strictly prohibited to manually balance the lifted object.

4. During the lifting process, the staff should hold the zipper with their hands to prevent the chain hoist from slipping and causing the object to suddenly fall. When operating, the lower part of the worker's body should be as far away from the workpiece as possible to prevent it from falling and hurting people.

5. When lifting at multiple points, the operator should cooperate well, and a dedicated person should be assigned for unified command to ensure smooth lifting of the workpiece. It is strictly prohibited for personnel to lift and lower the workpiece together. 6. During the lifting process, it is strictly prohibited for workers to pass or stay in the lifting area. No one is allowed to extend any part of their body such as their hands and feet to a place where they may be squeezed. Operators are strictly prohibited from working under the lifted object.

7. Lifting workers should stand on the ground. When working at heights of more than 2 meters with chain hoists, the workers should fasten their safety belts and stand on a stable scaffold.

8. When a chain hoist is rooted on a hydraulic jack or bracket, it is strictly prohibited to use a telescopic jack or lifting bracket instead of pulling the hoist to lift objects.
