The permanent magnetic chuck is designed using the principle of continuity of magnetic flux and the principle of superposition of magnetic fields. The magnetic circuit of the permanent magnetic chuck is designed into multiple magnetic systems. Through the relative movement of the magnetic systems, the strength of the magnetic field on the working pole surface can be added or Elimination, so as to achieve the purpose of holding and unloading.
After the permanent magnet chuck has been running for a long time, it is not easy to cause the electromagnetic chuck to burn out due to poor insulation and other reasons, and the newly purchased electromagnetic chuck is not cost-effective, and the repair cost is also high. When the user corrects it by himself, the electromagnetic coil insulation process of the electromagnetic chuck is poor It is messy and difficult to repair. Here are the maintenance methods of the permanent magnet sucker:
1. First press the grinding wheel motor operation button to start the electro-permanent magnet chuck switch. Note: the workpiece cannot be sucked in, the contact of the relay is interlocked, and the grinding wheel motor cannot be started.
2. Open the special power distribution box for the machine tool, check whether there is electricity at both ends of the fuse with a tester, and then use the 500V meter to measure the power supply voltage as 380V. Turn off the main power switch, check whether the communication contactor is mechanically stuck, remove one wire of each contactor coil, and continue to use the meter to block the resistance at both ends of the coil. If the pointer of the meter indicates normal, it proves that the coil is normal. no problem.
3. Connect the wires of the coil, remove the shell of the undervoltage relay, and measure the resistance at both ends of the coil. If the pointer of the meter still shows normal, it means that the coil of the undervoltage relay is not broken, and then check whether the relay is mechanically stuck. Then turn on the power switch, use the meter to measure the secondary voltage of the transformer as 135V, and convert it to DC to measure the voltage at both ends of the rectifier diode. Under normal circumstances, the standard value of the DC voltage output by the bridge rectifier is 110V, and there is no voltage output at this moment.
4. Turn off the main power switch, measure the four rectifier diodes with a multimeter, and find that there are problems with two of them.
5. Solder the wires connected to the diode, remove the diode, and measure and check again to prove that the tube has broken down. Replace the two new diodes, connect the wires, and check that the soldering is intact.
6. Turn on the main switch of the power supply, measure the two ends of the rectifier diode with the DC meter, if the voltage indicates, the voltage value is 110V. The operator presses the button of the grinding wheel motor to start the switch of the permanent magnet chuck, and the workpiece can be attracted.
