Usage requirements:

　　1. The shackle should be smooth and smooth. Cracks, edges, overburning and other defects are not allowed.

　　2. Do not use cast iron or cast steel shackles. The buckle body can be forged with calm steel, and the shaft pin can be machined after the bar forging.

　　3. Do not drill or weld shackles. The buckle body and shaft pin cannot be repaired after deformation.

　　4. When in use, the button body and latch should be checked, and there should be no serious wear, deformation and fatigue cracks.

　　5. When used, the transverse spacing shall not be strained, and the shaft pin must be inserted into the safety pin.

　　6. After the shaft pin is correctly assembled, the width of the buckle body shall not be significantly reduced, and the thread connection is good.

　　7. The use of shackles shall not exceed the specified safe load.

　　Check before use:.

　　1. It should be smooth and flat, without cracks, sharp edges, overburning and other defects. Suspicious areas can be re-examined with a magnifying glass.

　　2. Shackles are tested with a safety load twice as high as the test load. The pivot pin must not deform after being unscrewed and be able to rotate freely. The increment of the button body length shall not exceed 0.25% or 0.5mm. The test load is 2 times of the safe load below 300 tons and 1.33 times of the safe load above 300 tons.

　　3. Shackles can be sampled for reliability test. The load is twice the test load. The shackle must not break or deform so that the shackle loses its carrying capacity.

　　4. The safe load of the shackles in use is Class M (4) approved.

　　5. The buckle body should be marked with strength grade, safety load and other marks.

　　Scrap standard.

　　1. There is obvious deformation or the shaft pin cannot rotate freely.

　　2. The wear amount of any segment of the buckle body and shaft pin reaches more than 10% of the original size.

　　3. Cracks appear in any part of the carabiner.

　　4. Chains cannot be locked.

　　5. The buckle test is not qualified.
