How does the permanent magnet system produce magnetic attraction? The magnetic circuit design of the permanent magnet chuck has two magnetic systems, which are divided into two parts: active and fixed. By changing the state of the active magnetic system through relative motion, the working pole surface is in a state where the magnetic field is superimposed or the reverse magnetic field is generated and the magnetic field is cancelled, so as to achieve holding and unloading. The magnetic force line comes out through the permanent magnet chuck through the working face and then returns to the permanent magnet chuck. This process can firmly suck the permanent magnet chuck to the working pole surface. The magnetic force line does not come out through the permanent magnet sucker, and the closed magnetic circuit is formed inside, and the suction force will not be generated on the workpiece, so as to achieve the purpose of unloading.
