Instructions for lifting tongs

  First, the structure principle

  It uses the lever principle, through the four-wheel mechanism, to achieve several times the weight of the weight of the clamping force to work. The heavier the object is, the stronger the clamping force is, and it has a stable self-locking property.

  When the upward tension is given, the movable tooth claw swings to the fixed tooth claw, thus clamping the weight to be suspended.

  The two jaws are designed with inverted teeth to prevent the weight from sliding. The moving jaws themselves are part of the eccentric to increase the stroke. In addition, it is equipped with a lever linkage mechanism for adjusting the balance point.

  Ii. Function

  It is suitable for lifting thick and thin steel plates and various types of parts (with parts that can be stuck into the jaws). The lifting weight can reach about 1.5 tons, and the thickness of the lifting steel plate ranges from 1 to 60 mm.

  3. Technical requirements

  1. Apply butter to each shaft and hole before assembly.

  2. The two parts of the shell plate must be positioned with six opposite holes to ensure that the two plates are parallel after welding, the middle distance of the holes is consistent, and the weld is firm.

  3, after the assembly, the portable hanging ring, in the whole of the supporting surface, the claw must complete the full travel of 1~62 mm, the parts are flexible, there should be no obstacles.
