What are the standards for scrapping the hand hoist hook?

　　1. There are cracks on the forged surface of the hand-drawn hoist hook and it should be scrapped.

　　2. When the hand hoist hook torsion deformation, hook body torsion more than 10°, should be scrapped.

　　3. The opening deformation of 10% of the original size should be scrapped; When the opening deformation of other hooks reaches 15% of the original size, it should be scrapped.

　　4. The wear amount of the dangerous section of the hook of the hand hoist, when the actual size is less than 90% of the original size, should be scrapped. Hook nuts or safety parts are not allowed to wear.

　　5. The size of the hook handle after corrosion shall not be less than 90% of the original size, otherwise it should be scrapped.

　　6. The hook thread of the hand hoist should avoid corrosion as far as possible, otherwise it should be trimmed and processed to eliminate corrosion defects. When the axial clearance exceeds the allowable value, a new nut must be replaced.

　　7. The hook welding of the hand hoist and its hook subject to high temperature, strong corrosion and exceeding the prescribed period should be scrapped.
