       Scrap of the hook

　　The hook should be scrapped when one of the following situations occurs:

　　1. Crack;

　　2. Dangerous section wear up to 10% of the original size;

　　3. 15% more opening than the original size;

　　4. Torsion deformation more than 10°;

　　5. Plastic deformation of dangerous section or hook neck;

　　6. When the bushing of the plate hook is worn to 50% of the original size, the bushing should be scrapped;

　　7. When the plate hook mandrel is worn to 50% of the original size, the mandrel should be scrapped.

　　Safety inspection of the hook

　　1. The hook used for the human-driven lifting mechanism is tested with 1.5 times the rated load as the inspection load.

　　2. The lifting hook of the power-driven lifting mechanism is tested with 2 times the rated load as the inspection load.

　　3. After the hook is removed from the inspection load, there should be no obvious defects and deformation, and the increase in opening degree should not exceed 0.25% of the original size.

　　4, qualified hook, should be printed in the hook low stress area, including rated weight, factory label or factory name, inspection mark, production number and other content.
