Before using the Yale chain hoist, carefully check the safety and reliability of each component, and ensure that the rotating parts are flexible; The brake shall be reliable; The chain shall be free of broken joints, cracks, and open welds; The ropes, brackets, beams, rings, etc. used for hanging should be solid and firm, and their bearing capacity should match the lifting capacity of the hoist. Before lifting, the weight of the heavy object should be verified, and the hoist with appropriate tonnage should be selected. Overloading is prohibited. Before operating the Yale chain hoist, it is necessary to slowly lift it. After the lifting chain is tightened, comprehensively inspect the stress condition of the equipment and heavy objects. Pay special attention to whether the lifting chain has kinks.
         If any kinks are found, they must be adjusted properly. After inspection, no abnormalities are found before continuing the operation. 5.
