Operating methods and steps of electronic scale carrier

● 1. The electronic scale of the transport truck should be preheated during use. Lift the boom 5-10 times to preheat the oil pressure and sensor to normal operating temperature

● 2. During operation, when lifting the tipper, first control the joystick of the boom to the extreme rear position, that is, the tipper is at the rear end

● 3. The boom system should be strictly lubricated to reduce the friction coefficient of the boom

● 4. Select a flat ground for weighing

● 5. The speed should be controlled evenly during the lifting of the boom

● 6. Zeroing is better when the vehicle is stopped

● 7. Avoid vehicle driving during the weighing process. If driving is necessary, the vehicle speed should be controlled at about 10km/h

● 8. If multiple tippers are equipped, the tippers used must be calibrated during weighing

● 9. Before starting the electronic scale, start the on-board power supply first, and then turn off the on-board power supply after the electronic scale is turned off
