When the lifting chain of the lifting tongs has one of the following conditions, it should be scrapped:

(1) The chain link undergoes plastic deformation and elongates to 5% of the original length;

(2) The wear between the chain rings and the connection between the chain ring and the end fittings is reduced to 80% of the original nominal diameter; the wear of other parts is reduced to 90% of the original nominal diameter;

(3) Deep dents and sharp transverse dents in cracks or areas of high tensile stress;

(4) After the link is repaired, there is no smooth transition, or the diameter is reduced by more than 10% of the original nominal diameter;

(5) Distortion, severe corrosion and fouling cannot be ruled out;

(6) The wear of the dangerous section of the end fittings is reduced by 10% of the original size;

(7) There are cracks, bending or twisting in any part of the hanging chain, and there is jamming or

When the phenomenon of stiffness and stagnation cannot be ruled out.
