  Use notes: For lifting cylindrical stone fixture for some products, semi-finished products are hollow or solid cylinders, these workpieces are stacked or processed vertically, the loading and unloading process can not hurt the end face and cylinder, otherwise cause defective products and waste products.

  In the market, there are universal stone lifting clamps and stone fixtures for clamping square workpieces, and cylindrical workpieces can only be lifted with ropes. However, there is a stone fixture specially designed for Longhai lifting, dedicated to lifting normalized columns or Roman Columns, which has proved feasible in practice and solved the problem of damaging the working surface. The stone fixture is composed of a ring body, a clamping block, a connecting plate, a pin shaft and a rubber sheet. There are four clamping blocks evenly distributed on the fixture, and the rubber sheet is fixed on the clamping block with countersunk screws. A clamping block, four connecting plates, a ring body and four shaft pins form a parallelogram four-bar mechanism, so that the clamping block keeps parallel movement on the working surface.

  How to use:

  1, the stone lifting clamp, stone fixture to the upper end of the workpiece, the four clamping block lift (can be used to lift the rod or lift the hook), so that the four clamping block and the workpiece cylinder has a certain gap, the fixture sleeve to the workpiece in a certain position, so that the clamping block can fully contact the cylinder.

  2. Loosen the lifting rod or lift the hook, the weight of the four clamping blocks droops, and the rubber sheet fixed on the clamping block contacts with the workpiece cylinder.

  3. The ring body is lifted by the truck or forklift, and the workpiece weight drives the clamping block to move relatively parallel to the cylinder through static friction. Because the Angle between the middle line of the connecting plate and the horizontal line is less than the relative friction Angle between the workpiece and the rubber sheet, and is also less than the relative friction Angle between the rubber sheet and the clamping block, the workpiece weight makes the clamping workpiece rise through friction self-locking.

  4. The lifting work is finished, the workpiece is placed, the clamping block is loosened, the clamping block is lifted with the lifting rod or the lifting hook, the lifting fixture, the stone lifting clamp and the stone clamping fixture are completed.

  Note the following points:

  1. The ring body of stone hanging clamp and stone fixture is welded by steel plate after rolling, the joint must be solid, and the reinforced plate should be welded if necessary;

  2, stone hanging clamp, stone fixture rubber sheet can be replaced by brake belt;

  3, due to the limit of friction Angle, for a specification of stone hanging clamp, stone fixture, the diameter of the gripped workpiece is not large, otherwise it can not be self-locking clamping. For the workpiece of different diameter specifications, a set of stone hanging clips and stone fixtures of different specifications are needed, which is acceptable for large-scale production manufacturers;

  4, using the parallelogram four-bar mechanism principle and friction self-locking principle, stone hanging clamp, stone fixture can be deformed into an internal support fixture, that is, the fixture that holds the inner cylinder of the workpiece, for special lifting occasions.
