How should the permanent magnet chuck be disassembled and repaired?

  The permanent magnet sucker is designed using the continuity principle of magnetic flux and the superposition principle of magnetic field. The magnetic circuit of the permanent magnet sucker is designed into multiple magnetic systems. Through the relative motion of the magnetic systems, the intensity of the magnetic field on the working magnetic pole surface is added or cancelled, so as to achieve the purpose of holding and unloading.

  Permanent magnet chuck through a long time of operation, not because of poor insulation and other reasons simply constitute the electromagnetic chuck burned, and the newly purchased electromagnetic chuck is not cost-effective, the repair cost is higher, the user corrected because the electromagnetic coil insulation process of the electromagnetic chuck is messy, the repair is more difficult, especially sort out the permanent magnet chuck maintenance method:

  1, first press the grinding wheel motor operation button, start the electric permanent magnet chuck switch, note: the workpiece can not be drawn, relay contact interlock, grinding wheel motor can not start.

  2, open the special distribution box of the machine tool, use the measuring pen to detect whether there is electricity at both ends of the fuse, and then use the meter 500V to measure the power supply voltage to 380V. Disconnect the main power switch, check whether the communication contactor is mechanically stuck, remove one of the contactor coil wires, and continue to use the meter to measure the resistance at both ends of the coil. If the meter pointer indicates normal, it proves that the coil is normal and there is no problem.

  3, connect the coil wire, disassemble the undervoltage relay housing, measure the resistance at both ends of the coil, if the table pointer still shows normal, it means that the undervoltage relay coil is not open, and then check whether the relay is mechanically stuck. Then close the power switch, use the table communication file to measure the transformer sub-side voltage to 135V, convert the DC stop to measure the voltage at both ends of the rectifier diode, under normal circumstances, the DC voltage output of the bridge rectifier standard value 110V, no voltage output at the moment.

  4. Disconnect the main power switch, measure four rectifier diodes with a multimeter electric block, and find that there are problems with two pipes.

  5. Weld the wire connecting the diode, remove the diode, and check the measurement again to prove that the pipe has broken down. Replace the two new secondary tubes, connect the wires, and check whether the welding is in good condition.

  6. Close the main power switch and measure both ends of the rectifier diode with the meter DC gear. If the voltage indicates, the voltage value is 110V. The operator presses the wheel motor button to start the permanent magnet chuck switch, and the workpiece can be sucked.
