Stone cart casters play an irreplaceable role in the whole handling process, in the use of which we must pay attention to maintenance, so as to make our work efficiency greatly improved.

　　The user is responsible for the proper maintenance and operation of the casters. To avoid improper use or equipment, have to overload, heavy especially to light on the car. Driving at high speeds on rough surfaces or hitting wheels with heavy objects can cause damage to wheels or equipment.

　　Therefore, check regularly

　　Bracket and fastener: tighten the loose axle and nut and check the weld or support plate for damage. Overloading or impact can cause the support to twist. The bending bracket causes the heavy load to lean against the wheel, resulting in premature wheel damage. If the casters are rod casters, tighten the nuts or rivets firmly and ensure that the installation support is not bent and the rod is correctly installed. Use locking nuts or locking gaskets when installing casters. The installation of expansion plunger casters should ensure that the plunger is firmly installed in the casing.

　　Lubrication: Add lubricating oil regularly, and the casters and movable bearings of the pallet car can be used for a long time. Applying grease to the friction parts of the axle, seals and roller bearings reduces friction and allows for more flexible rotation. Normally lubricate every six months. The wheels should be lubricated after monthly cleaning.

　　Wheels: Visually check for wheel wear. Wheel rotation is not smooth and fine red, rope and other debris related. The anti-entanglement cover can shade the entanglement of these objects. Loose or tight casters are another factor. Replace broken wheels/casters to avoid erratic rotation. After inspecting and replacing the wheel, ensure that the axle is tightened with locking spacers and nuts. Because the wheel shaft is loose, the wheel width will rub against the support and get stuck. Replacement wheels and bearings should be available to avoid shutdown losses.

　　Casters: If the steering is too loose, it must be replaced immediately. If the rivet in the middle of the caster is fixed by the nut, it must be ensured that it is firmly locked. If the movable steering cannot rotate freely, check the ball for corrosion or dirt. If a fixed castor is installed, ensure that the castor bracket is not bent.
