1.The voltage and frequency of the power supply used must comply with the regulations on the motor nameplate. At the rated frequency, the power supply voltage should not be lower than 90% of the rated value, otherwise the motor cannot drive the rated load operation.

2. The temperature rise limit for motors with power less than 600W is 85K; The allowable temperature rise of the motor for duty systems S2 and S4 is 10K higher than the specified value; The permissible temperature for rolling bearings is 95 degrees Celsius. When the ambient temperature exceeds 40 degrees Celsius or the altitude exceeds 1000 meters, the motor power should be reduced for use, otherwise the motor will be overheated and damaged.

Disc motors have three working systems: S1, S2, and S4. The working quota of the drive components equipped with the motor must comply with the regulations on the motor nameplate, and the braking frequency should not be greater than 4 times per minute. Otherwise, it should be specially designed.

4. The motor shall not be exposed to the sun or rain; Protective covers shall be provided for outdoor use; It is used in places where the relative humidity of the air is not greater than 90% and there is no explosive or corrosive media around.

5. The motor should be placed in a dry and free of harmful gases, and it is strictly prohibited to store it with other acid and alkali chemicals. During transportation, it is necessary to ensure that the motor is not subject to collision, rain, or mixed with other harmful chemicals.

6. The air gap between the stator and rotor can be adjusted by means of shims arranged between the axial thrust bearing and the spring. The air gap has been adjusted reasonably at the factory and is generally not allowed to change during inspection.

The braking torque of the motor is marked as a fixed value on the nameplate, and it is not allowed to arbitrarily change the spring that affects the braking torque.
